Event-driven serviceBorn and raised in New York City, David Ramos grew up around food long before he called it a career, with recipes passed down without measurements, cooked by feeling more than by instruction. That instinct became a craft, and eventually, a business.
To formalize what he'd learned on the line, David earned a diploma in Culinary Management from Le Cordon Bleu London in entrepreneurship and business strategy.
He built his career deliberately across some of the city's most unique kitchens: fine dining at Ai Fiori, corporate dining at Twitter, hospitality service at The Williamsburg Hotel, retail dining at Saks Fifth Avenue, and event-driven service at City Winery. David intentionally built experience across different kinds of kitchens - from fine dining and hospitality to corporate dining, retail and large-scale events. Each environment demanded something different: precision, speed, systems, adaptability and leadership. That range now shapes how he approaches both restaurant consulting and private dining.
Today, David brings that depth of experience to two core disciplines across North Jersey and the New York metropolitan area: providing strategic operations and menu development through restaurant consulting, and curating bespoke private dining experiences for intimate gatherings. He believes the best kitchens run on real systems while leaving room for the craft, hospitality, and unforgettable food worth gathering around."
